We are a leading manufacturer of injection-moulded plastic precision components headquartered in Laitila, South-western Finland.
We are dedicated to providing our industry leading customers with visually attractive and dimensionally accurate solutions. Our specialisation lies in developing customised solutions for outdoor and sports, electronics, healthcare and automotive industries. We are your one-stop-contract manufacturer from concept to ready solutions packed in sales packaging. To guarantee high quality, we invest annually to new equipment and properties.
Coreplast Laitila was founded in 2004, but our strong history goes back to 1968 when injection moulding at Teräs Nailon was started. Today, we employ over 100 committed plastic professionals. With available clamping forces from 25 to 1,500 tonnes, we manufacture injection moulded parts weighing from less than 1 gram up to 8,000 grams. In addition to injection moulding and multi-component injection moulding, our solutions include several printing, joining and finishing techniques as well as assembly and logistics. As a part of SP Group A/S, we are able to offer wide range of plastic technologies and serve clients worldwide.

To guarantee high quality and sustainable processes, we invest annually to new equipment and latest technologies.
Since 2021, our production processes are powered by our own solar energy plant.
We focus on producing less waste and increasing recycling of plastic materials. Together with our customers, we continue examining how recycled plastics and recycling of our own products can increasingly be included into our production.

Since 2019 Coreplast Laitila is a part of the Danish SP Group A/S. SP Group is a leading supplier of plastic-manufactured products with factories in Denmark, China, the United States, Latvia, Slovakia, Finland and Poland and sales and service companies in Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands and Canada. SP Group provides plastic and composite solutions and coating solutions. The plastic and composite segment of SP Group offers solutions using reaction injection moulding, vacuum forming, extrusion, injection moulding, rotational moulding and blow moulding technologies.
